How We Do It

Your cleaning crew will start by inspecting the rooms you want to be cleaned and talk through the carpet cleaning process with you. We take this opportunity to note any stains or areas of concern to our customers, so we can fully address them during the cleaning.

We start carpet cleaning by applying specially formulated EPA Safe Choice cleaning solutions. This means we leave behind no harmful residue so it's safer for your family & pets.

Then, spot treating any areas that need extra attention.

Next, we will use our cleaning machines to deep clean. These machines pump hot water into your carpet to release any dirt deep within the fibers, then immediately extract the water with dirt, soiling & allergens.

The powerful suction of our carpet cleaning machine removes a significant amount of water so your carpet will dry within few hours.

Finally, we will complete an inspection with you to make sure you are happy with your clean carpet or area rug.

Drying time
Because water is involved, customers will be advised of a brief drying time. This will vary depending on ventilation, weather, square footage, and type of carpet, but we remove most of the water from the carpet during the cleaning process. On average, customers can expect it to take between 6-12 hours for the carpets to dry completely.
