  • What method of cleaning do you use?
The method we use for carpet and upholstery cleaning is hot water extraction, commonly referred to as steam cleaning. Hot water and a specially formulated eco-friendly cleaning solution are injected deep within the carpet and upholstery fibers. Then, a powerful suction extracts deep-down dirt, allergens, cleaning solution and 95% of the moisture. It’s the cleaning method most recommended by carpet manufacturers.
  • Can you destroy pet urine spots and pet odor elimination?
Pet stains and odors are a source of concern for many of our customers. We offer an additional treatment to address these issues. Our Pet Odor Removal Treatment is an enzymatic cleaning agent that destroys odors and bacteria at their source. Pet spots can penetrate all the way down the carpet fibers. Pet stains and odors are some of the most difficult to get rid of, but our technicians arrive at your home or business prepared to provide deep cleaning and deodorizing. Our cleaning method helps to neutralize unpleasant pet odors, and create a healthier indoor environment by decontaminating pet spots.
  • Do You Guarantee Removal of All Stains and Spots in My Carpet and Upholstery?
We cannot guarantee that we will remove all carpet spots or stains. There are substances that can permanently discolor and damage the fibers of carpets and upholstery. The age of the carpet and the type of carpet fibers also plays a factor in this. Upon pre-inspection, our technicians will attempt to determine which, if any stains are permanent, but they are not always able to determine this before trying to remove the spots.

Our technicians will be able to give you an accurate estimate of the time the required to complete your cleaning upon inspection.
  • How long does it take for the carpets to dry after cleaning?
Our cleaning method is effective at removing approximately 95% of the moisture from your carpet during the cleaning process. But it can take anywhere between 6-12 hours for the carpet to completely dry. Drying time is affected by humidity, temperature and air flow to the area. Using fans in any rooms cleaned and turning your air conditioning or heating system on, can help accelerate drying time.
  • Can I walk on the carpets right after cleaning?
You may walk on your carpet immediately after cleaning, but avoid wearing street shoes, as they may re-soil your carpet. We suggest wearing clean rubber soled shoes. Be especially careful when walking from damp, carpeted areas on to non-carpeted areas to avoid slipping.
  • Do I need to vacuum before carpet cleaning?
A light vacuuming in the traffic areas is recommended but not required. If needed, the technician can pre-vacuum the area to be cleaned. Also, the equipment is vacuuming the entire time we are cleaning.
  • Do you move furniture when you clean carpet?
We move the smaller pieces you want moved and work around the big stuff. We do clean up to, around and under larger pieces as permitted by the size of our steam cleaning wand. Moved pieces will be put back correctly. We do tend to work around larger, heavier pieces as they do crush our protective styrofoam blocks. We do suggest you remove items off of your furniture like electronics, plants, lamps and other fragile items.
  • I heard that cleaning my carpet will make it soil faster. Is this true?
This problem results from residues being left in the carpet which attract dirt. Usually this is caused by the use of soap in the cleaning process that hasn't been rinsed out completely. Our solutions and cleaning process leaves no residue behind to attract dirt.
  • I have had my carpets cleaned but the spots came back. What should I do?
Although most spots that are removed from carpet do not reappear, some substances in carpet backing may wick to the surface after cleaning. If this happens, please contact us as soon as possible.
